Dear Mrs. Jimenenz,

This is Angel, your missionary to Cebu, Philippines. We have sent your husband an e-mail, but I'm not sure if it was received it or not. I found your blog and thought I would try to contact you here. I will post the message below. Before I do, I want you to know that God has placed you heavily on my heart. The Lord loves you so much that He has even woken me up to specifically pray for you. Be strong sister! Keep on Keeping on! Isaiah 40:31 - But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew [their] strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; [and] they shall walk, and not faint.

Hello Pastor Jimenez!

My family and I are burdened for you, your family and ministry. Please know that we are lifting Verity Baptist Church up in prayer. We are begging God to strengthen and to place a hedge of protection around you all.

The storm is raging, but take comfort in knowing that God is in control! He loves you and He will get you through this. Stay strong and be of good courage!

Joshua 1:9 “Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.”

Please let your dear church family know that we are praying. We love you all!

God Bless,

Bro. Dave Cabuntala

YOU'VE been an encouragement. Thanking God for your husband's preaching. His sermon on Sunday "Quit You Like Men" is the best sermon I've ever EVER heard (sorry pastor Anderson, haha!). Just wow. Brother Jimenez was on fire!

Stand by him! I'm halfway across the world and praying for you all. America is playing games with God.

God bless your family, your church and all that concerns you.

(I just discovered you have a blog btw!)

Hebrews 11:36-40 KJV
And others had trial of cruel mockings and scourgings, yea, moreover of bonds and imprisonment: [37] They were stoned, they were sawn asunder, were tempted, were slain with the sword: they wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins; being destitute, afflicted, tormented; [38] (Of whom the world was not worthy:) they wandered in deserts, and in mountains, and in dens and caves of the earth. [39] And these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise: [40] God having provided some better thing for us, that they without us should not be made perfect.
